Phil, a seasoned CEO, Managing Partner, VP, COO, and sales and marketing executive, has three decades of experience. He built two successful businesses, leveraging over thirty years in B2B and B2B2C. He has a proven track record of growth in market penetration and revenue, cultivated strategic partnerships with renowned brands, negotiated cost-effective manufacturing deals, and secured patents globally. As a spokesperson, he led product launch events at trade shows and conferences.

Known for anticipating industry and economic trends, Phil created agile organizations ready to respond to changing conditions. His collaborative leadership style fostered cohesive cross-functional teams. A skilled negotiator, Phil excels in closing deals with key partners.

Phil successfully managed an investment partnership, consistently exceeding targets in business performance, cash flow, and portfolio management.
